　　 全球华语歌曲排行榜是由北京人民广播电台音乐广播、广东电台音乐之声、上海文广新闻传媒集团广播文艺中心动感101、香港电台共同发起，并联合马来西亚988电台、新加坡新传媒机构YES933等于2000年创建的。能够进入各成员台音乐排行榜前三名的歌曲，才有资格在“全球华语歌曲排行榜”每周的榜单当中推荐并参与评选；每一年将会由以上电台共同计算总成绩，以每周榜单成绩为基础，在严谨、公平公正的评选之后，举行一年一度的“全球华语歌曲排行榜颁奖典礼”，来鼓励和表彰那些贡献良多的亚洲优秀音乐人和歌手，同时也是一同分享属于华人音乐的重要时刻。

Global Chinese song list from the Beijing People's Radio Station Music Radio, Radio Guangdong Sound of Music, the Shanghai Media Group SMG Broadcast Art Center, 101 dynamic, co-sponsored by Radio Television Hong Kong, and joint 988 radio stations in Malaysia, Singapore and the new media YES933 equivalent in 2000 created. Access to the members of Taiwan music charts top three songs to be eligible in the "global Chinese song list," a weekly list of them to recommend and participate in the selection; each year will be calculated from the above total score of Radio Television, to a weekly results list based on the rigorous, fair and just after the selection to hold the annual "Global Chinese Song list Awards" to encourage and recognize those who have contributed so much good music and singers in Asia, but also to share part of important moment in Chinese music.

　  从2001年开始，全球华语歌曲排行榜颁奖典礼每年在各主办台所在城市北京、广州、上海、台北、吉隆坡、新加坡、香港等地陆续举行，是备受瞩目的华语音乐交流平台。
